Kota Kinabalu City & Food Tour
We will pick you up from your hotel at 1200hrs for a traditional local lunch. Enjoy a variety of food from the different ethnic groups of Sabah. The type of food served depends on your inputs. Because of the many different cultures that are melted together in Sabah, there is plenty of different local food to choose from. It is almost guaranteed there will be something everybody can eat.
Malaysian Noodle Soup with Prawns, Egg, Spinach
Thereafter, we proceed to Sabah State Museum to get to know some history of Sabah. Moving on, we proceed to Gaya Street for a tea and coffee break with local delicacies. Stop by at the Signal Hill Observation Tower to have a bird’s view of Kota Kinabalu City and the South China Sea, as well as get to know the history of the city. We make a visit to Sabah’s “floating mosque” and Puh Toh Tze Temple before we make our last stop at the Handcraft Market. You will return to your hotel approximately at 1700hrs.
