Day 1: Arrival at TIA Kathmandu
Welcome to Kathmandu, Nepal!
Namaste and warm greetings!
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, after clearing immigration, collecting your luggage, and passing through customs, please proceed to the exit of the terminal building. There, you will be warmly greeted by our local representative, who will be holding a paging board with your name.
You’ll then be transferred comfortably to your hotel in the city for check-in.
Enjoy your first night in the vibrant capital of Nepal.

Day 2: Yoga session: Cultural and religious tour
Morning Yoga Session
Start your day with a refreshing yoga session followed by breakfast at the hotel.
Tour Begins: Visit Boudhanath Stupa
Explore Boudhanath Stupa, Nepal’s largest and a major Buddhist pilgrimage site. Surrounded by numerous monasteries, the stupa is a hub of spiritual activity. We’ll visit a selected monastery where you can join a Hi-Tea ceremony hosted by monks, wishing you good health and success.
Afternoon: Patan Durbar Square
Next, visit Patan Durbar Square, famous for its exquisite art and architecture from the Malla period (16th-18th centuries). Highlights include the Krishna Temple, Golden Temple, pagoda-style temples, courtyards, and local handicraft shops. Don’t miss Kumari Ghar, where you can receive blessings from the Living Goddess Kumari.
Visit Swoyambhunath (Monkey Temple)
Conclude your day at Swoyambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple. Dating back over 2,000 years, it offers stunning views of the Kathmandu Valley. The stupa features Buddha’s all-seeing eyes and the symbolic third eye of wisdom. This sacred site is a symbol of harmony between Hindus and Buddhists, with devotees circling the stupa, spinning prayer wheels, and chanting morning and evening.
Day 3: Fly to Lumbini: Visit Maya Devi Temple
Breakfast at the Hotel
Enjoy breakfast before transferring to the airport for a 35-minute flight to Bhairahawa, followed by a drive to Lumbini.
Visit Lumbini, the Birthplace of Lord Buddha
Lumbini is a sacred pilgrimage site known for its peaceful atmosphere and diverse monasteries built by various countries. The Mayadevi Temple, marking Buddha’s birthplace, is the main highlight, alongside the holy Pushkarini Lake and Ashoka Pillar.
Afternoon Tour and Meditation
After refreshments at the hotel, visit the Mayadevi Temple and meditate under the sacred tree. Explore other important sites in the Sacred Garden, including the Ashokan Pillar, Sacred Pond, stupas, and ancient monastic ruins.
Day 4: Full-day exploration of the growth and birthplace of Lord Buddha
In the morning, visit Tilaurakot, 24 km from Lumbini, where Lord Gautam Buddha spent his first 29 years. This archaeological site reveals ruins of the ancient Shakya kingdom’s capital, including royal residential foundations. It’s a UNESCO tentative site by the Banaganga River, with a small museum displaying excavation finds.
Return to Lumbini to explore the Monastic Zone, featuring monasteries from Germany, China, Thailand, Cambodia, and Buddhist traditions. Visit the World Peace Pagoda, World Peace Flame, central canal, and the museum before returning to your hotel.
Day 5: Fly to Pokhara
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to the airport for your flight to Pokhara.
Nestled 200 km west of Kathmandu at 900 m altitude, Pokhara is known for its stunning lakes and breathtaking Himalayan views. The peaceful lakes set against towering peaks create a magical atmosphere.
Drive to The Pavilions Himalayas, a luxury eco-resort and wellness center where you can relax in the pool, Jacuzzi, or sauna.

Day 6: Full day Wellness Program
Today, you will have a full-day retreat program at The Farm. It is designed to help you reconnect with nature and yourself. Yoga retreats are packed with healthy meals, relaxation and yoga galore

Day 7: Fly back to Kathmandu: Drive to Namobuddha
Breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, fly back to Kathmandu and drive about 40 km southeast to Namobuddha, a revered Buddhist pilgrimage site. According to legend, this is where the Buddha selflessly offered his body to a starving tigress to save her cubs.
The serene surroundings, fresh air, and tranquil atmosphere make Namobuddha an ideal place for meditation and reflection. Enjoy stunning sunrise and sunset views from the hilltop.
Visit the renowned Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery, home to over 250 monks. Here, you can join the monks in their daily ritual chanting, experiencing a unique spiritual connection.
Overnight stay at Namobuddha Resort, an eco-friendly village retreat, or opt to stay at the monastery with the monks.
Day 8: Drive to Kathmandu via Bhaktapur
Start your day early by joining the morning chanting session at the monastery, followed by meditation in a serene, clean, and refreshing environment.
After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu, stopping en route to explore Bhaktapur, a treasure trove of ancient arts and cultural heritage. This historic city is filled with tightly clustered temples, monuments, courtyards, and traditional Newari houses, each reflecting layers of history.
Bhaktapur’s vibrant culture thrives in the daily lives of its Newar community, where ancient customs and rituals remain alive. Key highlights include the beautifully preserved Taumadi Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, and Dattatraya Square. The city is also famous for its delicious Juju Dhau (king yogurt), traditional earthenware pottery, and exquisite wood carvings.
Day 9: Rickshaw rides around the city
After breakfast, enjoy a rickshaw ride through Kathmandu Durbar Square with a guide. Starting from Thamel, you’ll pass through Ason Bazaar, home to many temples like Annapurna and Ganesh. Then, visit Indra Chowk, known for the Aakash Bhairav Temple, and taste a sweet Lassi before heading to Kathmandu Durbar Square. Explore the largest Durbar Square in the valley, full of temples and palaces, and visit Kumari Ghar after 4 pm to see the Living Goddess.
Next, visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple on the Bagmati River, Nepal’s largest Hindu temple complex and a major pilgrimage site. The riverbank here is also a traditional cremation site.
In the evening, witness the stunning Aarati ceremony with hymns, chants, bells, incense, and glowing lamps along the river — a truly spiritual experience.
Day 10: Farewell
Breakfast is at the Hotel.
Drive to Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport for departure. Our representative will help you with exit formalities and then bid you farewell.
