Hidden amongst a veritable treasure trove of tropical plants, grasses, huge trees and spectacular orchids in bloom, the quaint chalets of the Sepilok Nature Lodge are within walking distance of the world-famous Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, Sun Bear Conservation Centre, and Rainforest Discovery Centre.
Chalets are big and spacious, with a small veranda. Most chalets and the restaurant are overlooking the lake in the centre of the lodge.
The resort is very popular and with only 18 chalets, early booking is a requirement.
